I run a surveying practice and had the pleasure of working with Phil this week. As a surveying firm we sometimes clash with estate agents as we have the potential to cause a sale to fall through (unintentionally) but Phils service was excellent. Arrived on time, walked me round the property and explained the history of it, left me to it and then returned on time and was very knowledgable. If Phil can have that level of service for someone who could potential cost his company money, I can only imagine how well he treats his customers.
