Im am writing this review as my personsl account of my experience of working with Phil Waller - he has changed my view of how you can have a positive experience with an agent selling your house! -He returned my initial call promptly, when others took 2 days -He met us in our timescales and offered us various options -He gave us a step by step guide book free -He actually ‘sold’ the house to potential buyers rather than standing by the door with little or no interest like others do - He kept us up to speed at EVERY step of the process -He facilitated a few difficult queries very well -We had geographical issues and he was always happy to step in I honestly cant recommend him highly enough!

Phil was professional, friendly and responsive from start to finish! We never had to wait for a reply to a question and he gave updates after each viewing, unprompted. He even offered to send parcels that had been delivered when our property was empty. The house was sold quickly and for the asking price to a lovely buyer, Phil passed messages between us and the buyer on completion, it was great to hear from her. Overall, amazing service! Thank you!
