This agent Phill Waller was fantastic from the first second we met him walking through our gate, he was the fifth agent to visit and the only one to shake hands with a great big smile, my wife was smitten. He was professional from the start, new every aspect of the business backwards, gave good advise and he was available 24/7 as advertised, we contacted him at 8am and 8pm, if he didn't answer, he always got back to us. Fantastic experience :-):-):-)
