I recently instructed Phil at Ewe Move to sell my house in Killamarsh. I don’t normally take the trouble to write reviews but due to the exceptional service I’ve received I wanted to share my experience. I rent property for a living and therefore have used many estate agents over the last 15 years. Right from the off Phil impressed me with his knowledge, marketing ideas and his easy going and likeable personality. The fee to sell with Ewe Move was not the cheapest of the quotes I received but I wanted to go with the company that I felt would give me the best opportunity to sell my house for the highest possible price. His No Sale No Fee marketing approach filled my with confidence that he was backing himself to get a good result for me. After instructing Ewe Move, 2 days later the photography was arranged and my house was on the internet together with 3d floor plans and virtual walk through. All of this was included within the fee in addition to assisted viewing by Phil himself. Throughout the sale process Phil was quick to respond to messages via the what’s app group he set up with me and my wife, even on evenings and weekend. I have never had this level of attention from an estate agent. The sale progressed smoothly and throughout the entire process Phil was the only person I spoke too. No trainee office staff, waiting for call back etc…I had the direct line to the business owner. I am now happily settled into my new home and even enjoyed some very thoughtful gifts from Ewe Move after completion. What I’ve learned is you get what you pay for with estate agents. If you want a comprehensive service by an industry professional I would not hesitate to recommend Phil at Ewe Move.

From the first contact with Phil to view a property to getting the keys I was really impressed with the service provided. Philip was helpful throughout, communication was excellent from start to finish and he made the process for a first time buyer a lot easier.

Phil Waller at EweMove Dronfield and Balborough is an incredible chap. We met Phil when we wanted advice on selling our flat and then went on to sell our home through EweMove. Our experience of estate agents in the past has generally been a disappointing one - they have come across as slick (in a not especially good way), not especially pro-active and relatively disinterested. We kind of tolerate or accept this because we think that 'they are all the same'. Categorically, Phil is not like this. He took a personal interest in us as a couple, was eager to discuss what we wanted to achieve with the sale of our house and when we were undecided about what price to put our house on the market for, it was Phil who pushed us to go for the higher figure - 'because the house is worth it' The whole experience was professional - the guy who took the photos was brilliant - again, Phil was present to ensure that the photos were ideal plus he produced an excellent walk through video. The house went on the market on Wednesday, we had a number of viewings next day, with more scheduled for the Friday and Saturday. The house was sold on the Friday for £5,000 more than the offers above price. We completed last Friday, eight weeks later. Through this time, Phil has kept on top of events liaising with solicitors and purchasers. While the sale was going through, I ended up in hospital for a significant operation. Phil regularly messaged me to check up on me and see how I was doing. This is above and beyond anything that I have experienced from an estate agent - ever! In summary, Phil is industrious, pro-active, clearly loves his job and is an absolutely lovely human being.
