We have used Phil, from Ewemove, twice to sell properties for us, one rental property and our main home. Both times the service we have received from him has been superb! From his pre sales advice, on how to prepare the houses for selling, through his keen eye on the property market when suggesting a marketing price, the vetting and due diligence on potential buyers, the communication throughout the sales process, including chasing up solicitors when required and being available to accompany surveyors when we weren’t available, every detail is thought through and nothing is too much trouble! Both times we found buyers, who we were confident were genuine, very quickly (within a day for our main home) and who offered over the asking price. Both sales went through without any issues. I would highly recommend Phil Waller / Ewe Move. Having tried to sell my property with two other well established agents we finally went with Phil who was terrific. He was available for viewings whenever necessary, unlike the other agents, who were not available after 5pm or at weekends! Phil actually proactively ’sold’ my house, he didn’t sit back and wait for the phone to ring and he conducted very professional viewings, giving sound advice throughout. Thank you Phil!

We went to view a house that Ewemove had listed. From the first initial enquiry Phil was very professional and helpful. It was the best experience we’ve had viewing a house, he was so knowledgeable and friendly. The house wasn’t for us but if we could have brought a house via Phil we would have!
