I contacted Lawton and Dawe Properties when I needed to sell my house towards the end of 2020. I had used Lawton and Dawe's Lettings Services for a long time and have been very impressed with their levels of service and excellent communication so I decided they were the ones to talk to! I dealt with Pippa, she was very helpful throughout the process and ensured that everything went smoothly and we sold very quickly and moved in February 2021! I have used Lawton and Dawe to manage my rental property for many years and all I can say is if you are unhappy with your existing managing agents speak to them today! Highly Recommended if you are looking for Sales or Lettings Services.
