Graham was extremely helpful and thorough throughout the entire process of us buying our flat. As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions and Graham was always extremely quick to answer questions via WhatsApp and chase people up. We used ASAP as recommended by Graham which was really helpful and saved us a lot of time by having another party to do the chasing up throughout the process. When we completed Graham met us at the flat to give us the keys and as a lovely touch gave us a bottle of champagne. We would definitely recommend using Graham and EweMove.

We first met Graham Faulkner in 2017 (He was the Selling Agent) when we purchased our house in 2018. Probably wasn’t the easiest sale for him but he took it all in his stride. He always acted professionally and in the best interests of his client.
Recently I had cause to get a valuation on our property so I gave him a call. This he carried out without fuss and as always acted with a high standard of professionalism.
If we do go to market then he will get the first call. Well done Graham good job well done.

When I decided to sell my first flat, a Grade 2 Listed studio in Westhumble, I contacted three estate agents to carry out valuations. As soon as Graham walked into my flat, I knew he was the right estate agent for me; he was positive and professional whilst not being pushy.
Throughout the whole process, Graham kept me updated regularly. We communicated via WhatsApp, during the day and evenings/weekends which made it easy whilst working full time. Graham had a key to my flat and carried out all viewings; his view being that people are far more honest when the owner isn't there. This strategy worked as the flat wasn't on the market for long and he found a buyer who really loved the flat and its location. The sale went through without a hitch!

A really positive experience of renting out my property
I recently put my house on the rental market through Ewemove and can thoroughly recommend them and the service that they provide. It all happened really speeedily and efficiently. A suitable tenant was found within a couple of days of the house going on the market. Graham kept me posted throughout the whole process and also gave me advice about what I needed to put into place in order to meet regulations for rental properties. He was helpful and encouraging throughout the process.

Let me introduce myself. I'm Graham Faulkner, your local EweMove personal agent. I haven't moved very far. I was born and bred in Epsom, met my wife Dawn and moved to Sutton, then to Dorking where we've lived for nearly 30 years now and raised our two boys. We love Dorking and Leatherhead and even now still frequently comment on how lucky we are to live in such a fantastic part of England, in the heart of the Surrey Hills and its Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
I started in property in 2002 by becoming an "accidental landlord" when we were struggling to sell the family home. We refinanced to rent it out which let us buy our current home, and then refinanced that home to start building a property portfolio which we still have and look after today. The recession of 2008 hit us quite hard and yet opportunity came knocking in 2013 when I was invited by one of the founding directors of EweMove to become a pilot franchisee and get in at the very beginning. I thought well, I'm managing my own portfolio now, so why not do it for other landlords, so I was in! It's been quite a journey from being a fledgling business where no-one knew us to the large but still growing network it is now.
Helping people move by selling or buying homes, or letting out or renting, has been quite a buzz and I love nothing better than to see people move on as they wish in their lives. It can be quite a journey sometimes, and I'm here to take on some of the stress – many times I've been the verbal stressball, but it's part of the job, and I'm happy to help (and it certainly does help!).
