Very pleasant renting experience with Jackson stops. Katie was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire renting process. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, friendly, and always happy to answer any questions I had, making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and hassle-free. I’m really grateful for all of Katie’s help and would highly recommend both her and Jackson-Stops Teddington to anyone looking to rent. Thank you for making the whole process run so smoothly!

Exceptional service from Katie Fairchild from beginning to end. She was always incredibly responsive, efficient and proactive, making the whole process feel smooth and stress free. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was an absolute joy to deal with throughout. I honestly could not have asked for better service and would highly recommend her. Nabil and Charlie were both very helpful in helping our family find a rental property. Despite us searching from the United States and the issues that presented with time difference, viewings, and other inconveniences they both were able to work around all of that to get us into our first rental house in Teddington. Thank you for all your help!
