Belvoir Doncaster have been managing my properties for over 5 years now and I would like to say, thank you. It is good to find an agent who has consistently found tenants for my properties that have the same high standards that I have. Keep up the good work..
Belvoir were dreadful from start to finish, we moved into the property to be greeted by severe damp and condensation issues, when we spoke to the agent CHRIS he assured us this would all be sorted out, having scrubbed the walls constantly for the last two and a half years and our children constantly breathing in the damp we decided to move out. To our amazement we have been told that not only are we not getting our bond back, we owe them money for redecorating and jet washing the drive. This company also took around four months to replace a blown down fence, despite us having small children and a dog. Please be wary of using this company.
