I have used Belvoir for a number of years. They find good quality tenants, quickly, ensuring a minimum period of un-occupancy and rent that is paid on time. They have also been great for help and advice even when it wasn't part of their remit. We have rented a property with them for almost two years now and so far they have been a very serious letting agency. Very fast in sorting out things when we had problems like shower problems or the bushes in front of the house that the council wouldn’t cut down. The renting process was easy and they made everything ready on time. I really liked that the inventory was very detailed and nothing was left out. So far pleased with this agency.

Chris has been fantastic in helping us find our new home in our preferred area, with everything we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and he was more than happy to answer any questions we had. Chris explained everything in detail and kept us up to date during the process. We have also met Alicia when signing paperwork and spoken through email and she has been great too.
