PROFESSIONALISM starting with the sms link for application form, the reminder for viewing, the personalised visit which covered all aspects of it and continuing with the communication and support for all stages of process (the credit check and the references; the council and the suppliers for services) and finishing with the phone call check after moving into the house. Belvoir is above and beyond my expectations!
