Can't fault the staff at Belvoir at all, the only agency we had that were prepared to help rather than just brush us aside and move on to the next person. Viewings are good, you're not hassled, you can look around on your own if you want, you're given time to process and look about instead of being rushed around and then out the door. If you have any issues, contact is not a problem, they're always friendly and helpful on the phone, or if you email you hear back in no time at all. Overall, professional, friendly and very helpful, I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

For a young couple, renting a new property is very scary. We have the funds but we don't know where to start. Belvoir made everything easy, infact it meant we only viewed one property and secured it. The staff are very close knit making a sense of community between Chris and employees. Everyone is friendly and no question is too silly. They offer to help everywhere here they can, especially with minor details of the rental that need sorting they've already got it covered. I'm very happy that throughout this tenancy we will be in contact with Belvoir for any troubles or inspections. And no doubt, if it wasn't this flat they would've helped us find another. I've already recommended to friends and family when it comes to finding somewhere new. 10/10 5🌟
