Excellent service throughout, one of few agencies who called back promptly and arranged viewings in a short time scale. Telephone queries were dealt with promptly and the process was very smooth.

I have dealt with Cope &Co in managing my properties for many years now. I have always found them to be professional and quick to solve any problems and relet the property. Just recently, the tenants have left the property needing some work. I would like to say a big Thankyou to Josh, Scott and Nina in helping to sort the issues quickly and to relet the property quickly. They have taken all of the pressure and worry off me and have kept me up to date with all the developments. I also want to add that Scott helped about 12 months ago when there was a massive problem with an issue caused by a water leak. He dealt with it quickly, professionally, keeping me up to date with what was happening and took all of the worry out of my hands as it had caused me undue stress. I would not deal with another letting agents.

Have had dealings with Cope&co recently. And although we weren’t successful in getting the property. The staff especially Nina and Emma were absolutely brilliant answering any questions we put to them. And communication was first class. Would recommend these to everyone.

I sort advice from cope and co about some charges another agent were making that seemed excessive. They looked into my case professionally and quickly and advised me in a much better manner.
