I was very pleased with the attention I received from Abi at Northwood, with the sale of my rented house. Her knowledge and confidence made a somewhat stressful time easier to withstand. I had a fantastic experience with Northwood Derbyshire in Derby. From start to finish, they made the entire rental process smooth, welcoming, and completely stress-free. They were always quick to respond to any questions I had, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. A special thank you to Ruth, who went above and beyond, she gave me incredibly helpful advice on how to begin my son's school admission process early, ensuring there were no delays in transferring him to a school in Derby. The Northwood team at Derby have worked their socks off to help me let my property. I dealt mainly with Kerry, Ruth and Sophie. They are all friendly and professional, keeping me updated at every step. They answered any questions I had, no matter how trivial. They were prompt in their responses and in processing the tenants. Their fully managed rates are better than most of the other letting agents. I would definitely recommend them for letting my property again.
