Annie arrived for the valuation on time, provided us with all the information we needed and talked us through the process thoroughly answering any questions we had. I liked the interest the agency puts in preparing the house and the invaluable advice on how to present the property for selling. In addition, it was so lovely talking with her, I did not expect to enjoy so much a valuation visit. I would highly recommend this agency and Annie in particular.
