Great marketing of our property and regular and clear communication, with us and the buyer, meant that we were kept fully informed throughout the process. Owned a rental property for years with Northwood, and have recently decided to sell it. Northwood have alway been good and consistent during the rental period, and during the selling period, they have got me an excellent figure for the house, keeping in touch regularly to inform me of how the transaction was progressing.
