I would give zero stars if I could. They haven't a clue about lha rates or house pricing being considerably more from the South East England where I am from. Awful customer service. Avoid.

One of the worst agents I've dealt with as a landlord, awful communication and failed to rent a property of mine for 2+ months. Gave it to another agent and they let it within 1.5 weeks. They didn't seem to care and never answered the phone. Landlords, I would avoid this one

Scammers! Be very aware of giving these a holding deposit. I had reassurance from sophia that it was redundable to find out it isnt if your not successful in your application. £200 gone for nothing.

Totally shocking the way we’re being treated, putting aside the list of faults that are still outstanding from day one, this company has continued to ignore health and safety implications, there excuse has continued to be we need a specialist to fix the fire door and it’s still outstanding 2 months later!!!
