I came to this agency after a really bad betrayal and humiliation from one of the renowned lettinng agency. Sophia Oliver, my agent whom i cant thank enough took time to not only help me with getting a place ASAP, but like a dear friend she acknowledged my emotions and did everything in her power to get me a very beautiful place to rent. Their paper work and services are super fast and easy. Everything was communicated well and in timely fashion too. P.s. i just moved to the country and they have been so supportive and professional. I would recommend this letting agency, especially their agent Sophia to everyone.

I honestly can’t thank Sophia Oliver at John Shepherd Lettings enough. After five months of looking for a place and getting nowhere, I was feeling totally drained. Applications went in, but nothing ever came back. I started thinking it just wasn’t going to happen for me. Then I met Sophia, and everything changed. She really listened and took the time to understand what I was looking for. She showed me three places and funny enough, the first one she took me to was the one. I walked in and just knew. It felt like home straight away. Now I’ve moved in, and honestly, I’m still a bit in awe that it’s mine. Sophia was kind, patient, and really easy to talk to. Just very real, which made such a difference in a process that can feel so cold sometimes. Even my friend who came with me to viewings couldn’t stop singing her praises — literally. He said she had the voice of an angel and joked that it felt like she was singing to him (his words, not mine — but he insisted I add that to my review). I’m so grateful to have had her support through all of this. If you’re looking for somewhere to call home and want someone who genuinely cares, I’d absolutely recommend Sophia. She made such a difference in my life. Side note: my friend said speaking to her felt like listening to a lullaby. Yes, I’m including this on his request as well!
