It sell houses

Just had a great experience buying and selling a house through Sawyers. Incredibly patient and helpful, they talked me through each stage of the process thoroughly!

We recently bought a property through Sawyer and Co and dealt with Bob Beaken. Good service and kept us informed along the way. Would use Bob and the team at Sawyer again.

I am changing my review as after learning more about the situation it would appear that the fault lies elsewhere and not with Sawyer and Co. I very much appreciate how honest the representative has been about the circumstances surrounding the disparities and my earlier review was an unfortunate knee-jerk reaction. My apologies to Toby and the rest of the team. 😟

Never answer the phone and take ages to reply even by email. When they do they seem nice

Really need to branch out a little more with having available properties that cater for the unemployed!!!

Poor service and communication

I asked for a valuation Mid December. They came, we discussed, they measured etc. Heard NOTHING since ! No valuation, not even a Thank You email for allowing them in !!
