I was very happy with the way the Sawyers Team in Portslade handled the sale of my late mothers house. I was in the process of dealing with her Estate and selling my own house in Southampton and the same time. The whole team Aaron,Jake, & Alex were very helpful and professional at all times. After a year trying and failing to sell our flat with another estate agent Sawyer & Co found us a buyer very quickly and we have now exchanged contracts so we are very pleased! It was a totally different experience dealing with Sawyer & Co in comparison with our previous estate agent. We felt that they were really looking after our interests, knew us and our property well and we could trust them. The entire sale process was handled very smoothly and efficiently from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very good experience. We kept in touch for at least three months, comunicating mostly by email almost everyday and all our questions were promptly answered. Throughout this time, sometimes, we felt to come and speak personally and they were also available to receive us and explain every point of the process we went through. Bob Beaken, who was in charge of our case, were specially aware and well informed about everything and always had details about was happening, easy to reach by phone and by email. Thanks to his commitment and professionalism, we got out keys just before Christmas. We couldn't be more thankful to him.
