We sold our flat with Sawyers, we had previously tried to sell for two and a half years with another well established local agent but the sale was complicated because of a freehold issue. Sawyers found the right buyer and we completed within a few months. I cannot recommend highly enough the diligent, and professional approach of both James the branch manager and especially Conor who handled our sale with the patience and sensitivity required for it to successfully progress to completion. Worth every penny of their (very competitive) fee!!!
