I used Sawyers in Portslade to rent out my flat in the area. Bob at Sawyers, as usual, was exceptionally helpful in arranging viewings for potential tenants and dealing with the changeover once Sawyers had found those tenants. Difficult to know how I could do this without Bob's help. Thoroughly recommended.

Recently sold our property through Sawyers Portslade. Bob, Joan and Conor have all been great, particularly around communication. Bob has been amazing at expediting the process when needed, unfailingly helpful and good humoured. Would highly recommend Bob for any sale. Overall service from Sawyers very professional, marketing material (including pics by professional photographer) spot on, very responsive.

We received a card through the post from Sawyer & Co saying that our property had been highlighted with having the potential for development. This is something we had looked into previously without success, however, we thought we would respond to see what they had to say. Sawyer & Co were very professional when we subsequently met up with them and they were very enthusiastic about our chances to develop. They explained that they had a number of developers who they could show our property to and we agreed to let them do this on our behalf. A few developers looked at our property and after some negotiation with one of them we agreed a price for the site. The whole process with Sawyer & Co went really well and they were professional and courteous at all times. We were never rushed to get the sale completed and we were treated with the utmost respect at all times. The whole process went really well and we are more than satisfied with the outcome. It would have been easy to just chuck their initial card in the recycling bin and we are very glad that we didn't!!! Sawyer & Co also acted for us in the sale of a property a few years ago and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I would recommend them 100%

Absolutely amazing agency, all the staff there are so helpful but I have to put a special mention out for Linda Taaffe, she went above and beyond to help with a really difficult sale and helped us overcome many problems along the way, we literally couldn't have done it without her, thank you so much!

Professional service and great communication
