Our house sold so quickly and that is purely down to the fantastic photos they take and the determination and dedication of the staff at the Darwen office! Anthony went above and beyond to sell our house quickly in order to secure our dream home. He was always at the end of the phone and available when we needed him. He kept us up to date with viewings and offers and was a great, friendly guy. He always made us feel at ease! Christine was great at hosting viewings and had such a good knowledge of the local area. She has a great manner with people and can really sell a property. Debs is an angel, the voice of reason and such a calming, positive influence. We've really felt that she's been on our side and has helped us every step of the way with selling our house and purchasing our new home. She's been amazing and is such a hardworker! We wouldn't hesitate to highly recomend this Estate Agents! They get the job done, easily, professionally and to a very high standard!

I bought my first house from ALE in December 2019, when I was only 22. At the time this felt like a very daunting task. ALE took the stress out of the equation and made me feel completely at ease. Due to how impressed I was with their Sales Department, when I came to rent this property out late last year, I felt there was no better company to manage this for me and to make being a landlord as hassle free as possible than ALE. I had a general idea of what rental income I could achieve from my property. However, ALE and Verity in particular, surpassed that figure considerably. A feature of their service I was most impressed with was; whenever a viewing had taken place with either Anthony or Christine, they would ring me shortly afterwards, telling me about the potential tenants, to make me feel as if I was there viewing the house with them. If my tenants have ever had any issues, Verity has been quick to notify me, so that we can work together to rectify any problems and is always on hand if I have any queries. If I had to summarise Ainsworth-Lord Estates; they're professional, efficient, go above and beyond for their clients and treat you as an individual. In simpler terms, words do not do them justice!!
