Excellent service. I handed my property to the agents with a difficult tenant refusing to pay rent. They sorted out everything for me including eviction as well as repairs etc from damage caused. They were quick to find new tenants without any hassle to myself. Great agents to deal with.

We popped into the estate agents to arrange a viewing of a property and Dewi had me stand up and told us i would bang my head on the low beams in the ceiling and that there was a narrow bathroom that wouldn't suit. where other estate agents we have visited would just let us leave Debs asked what we were looking for and off the top of her head suggested a terraced house ( something we defiantly did not want ) and persuaded us to go and view it as she thought it would be perfect for us and would fit our requirements. we should have a completion date on the house this week All the staff have been friendly and professional ( and fun ) to deal with and you can tell they all love what they do Highly recommended .......Gav
