I recently completed a purchase from sellers who used Robert Watts Cleckheaton as their estate agent. I wanted to say that even though I wasn't technically their 'customer' I really did feel they gave me great support during the purchase process, with some challenging and hairy moments from further up the chain we were in! Special thanks to Jenny who was extremely responsive when I asked for information or help (and when I was very stressed!). And whenever I spoke to anyone in the office they were all really great (Angela and Stephen). Thank you.

Reply from Ainsworth Lord Estates Darwen: We really appreciate you posting this Hannah thank you. Buying and selling can be stressful but it’s lovely to hear from a buyer and we’re delighted Jenny and the team were hand to help. Good luck in your new home.
