My experience with this estate agency was extremely disappointing, largely due to the attitude and level of customer service I received from Gill. if miserable was a person it would be her. She needs to touch some grass clearly is fed up of being sat at a desk all day. I had viewed a property and was genuinely interested in submitting an application, so I contacted the office with a reasonable question regarding the property. Rather than receiving assistance, I was met with a dismissive and rude response, ‘How am I meant to know? This was both unprofessional and unexpected from someone representing prospective landlords and tenants. Is this who landlords are paying? Customer service should involve helping clients or, at the very least, making an effort to find the information requested. The interaction left such a poor impression that I cancelled all future viewings with Robert Watts, and several family members have chosen to do the same. I WILL NEVER engage with any properties marketed by this agency in the future.
