He's extremely efficient, helped me organise the refurbishment of the flat, gave me sound advice and was always available to deal with my queries. I must say I have come across some agents during my property search years back but I would rate and recommend them number 1. Special appreciation to Tracey Miles (was my property manager). She is a delight to work with, great communication, prompt response to mails and always detailed with instructions and question answering,what I love most is her professionalism. I would love to work with her again .
