It was a really good experience . Ben showed us the property the first time and was really patient showing us around and answering questions. We were not rushed during our viewing. Ben was also really proactive and quick when we wanted to negotiate the offer on the house. The online system that keeps updating was really helpful for us to keep a track of what is going on during the process of buying a house.
