We are looking for our next home and have always found Livermores to have a great offering of homes. We recently viewed a home in West Dartford with Toby and he was so professional and knowledgable. The personal touch was that there was an all of the sudden thunderstorm and down pour as we were viewing the property and found ourselves sheltering under the outhouse roof at the end of the garden to which Toby found an umbrella in the house and ran it down to us at the bottom of the garden so we didn’t have to run back in the down pour! What a great estate agent who goes above and beyond!

KMJ property are very proactive, enabling an offer on our property within a few weeks of taking it on, particularly after several months with other agents who failed to sell it. We have now exchanged and are just about to complete, overall the sales support process was with KMJ was also very good! I highly recommend KMJ.!

We can't rate the KMJ team highly enough. They have been fantastic from start to finish. Katrina and Marc took time to get to know us and our home and could talk to prospective buyers with real knowledge of the house and area. The communication throughout was impeccable all the way from valuation to having an offer accepted when we were then passed on to Suzanne and the sales progression team. Suzanne made us feel like everything was under control! She was on top of communication with the solicitors, the buyer and surveyors and would follow things up before we would even think to chase anything. The thing we loved most about KMJ though was how, even though they have lots of houses to sell, it always felt like a personal experience and that they genuinely cared about the sale of our house. We reccomend them to everyone.
