Unfortunately has to be a one star from me as a tenant, the communication between myself and sillars regarding maintenance, landlord selling the house etc has has been dire, little to no communication from sillars at all. Have been told jobs have been fixed when the issue is still there, being asked if I could wait a few days with raw sewage coming from manhole in yard because it was a bank holiday weekend, admittedly after 6 phone calls and using legal terminology it was later resolved. The lack of communication is the biggest fault.
