I am a landlord and have used Sillars for a number of years to manage my property.. I can find no fault with the service provided .. When property is vacant, Sillars use their own database of prospective tenants to immediately find new Tenants. Prospective Tenants are personally escorted around the property and and feedback given to myself of suitable applicants.. During the tenancy Sillars conduct 3 monthly inspections to ensure property has been maintained. Any problems with maintenance of the property has also been dealt with by Sillars and I have had little involvement with any repairs needed ..At end of tenancy a close out report is issued. This hands on approach by professional competent staff has ensured I have had no problems with tenancy and maintenance of the property. I would recommend Sillars for property management .
