I put in an offer On a 3 bedroom house and my offer was accepted but Balgores Dagenham (Agent name Ricky Archer) wanted me to use their own solicitors, because I refused to use their own solicitors and said I will use my own solicitors, they refused to sell me the house all because they wanted more commission. The owner of the house also agreed but cause they couldn’t make me use their own in house solicitors they refused. And then 2/3 days in a row they called me back again saying “Are you ready to use our solicitors and mortgage team” as soon as I said no I will use my own solicitors and broker they hanged up without saying anything. I had a bad experience with Balgores I waited almost 4 months at the end I lost my sale. Due to very poor service from the after sale person. But one thing I must say that I have got all the help I can get from agent Femi he is brilliant at his job . Unfortunately for me he was sent home during the pandemic otherwise he would of sold the house. Good luck Femi and thanks for all hard work you done . Keep it up you are brilliant man.NegativeQuality
