We have just sold a flat through Balgores Estate Agents. We had four valuations on the property, all very low. So our expectations were not great. Sarah from Balgores in Dagenham came in and gave us a much higher valuation which we thought was over ambitious. We decided to give it a try with her and to our amazement she got us over and above the asking price! Which in the current market is pretty surprising! We didn’t go for the highest price on her advice as another bid seemed more reliable. We unfortunately chose a conveyance company that really dragged their heels. This is where Louise came in. She chased them up daily and got the sale moving several times. She was an absolute god send to us, and went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for.
