Unprofessional customer service in the 3 years I rented a property from them. Nothing but issues and still having issues with them trying to get my full deposit back. I would not recommend them to anyone.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Worst estate agents, fake listings just to collect your data and then bother you with all properties they have. Avoid at any cost. Also keep pushing you to use their financial advisor to earn extra commission.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Complaint Balgores - Dagenham Over booking on appointments. Very unhappy experience when viewing properties. Not able to offer any help when trying to book new houses appointment as they have selected clients already, this is NOT a fair way to operate specially for new customers. Properties that are not available should not be still advertised, your systems need to be updated ASAP. I will never ever use this branch or company again. Been disappointed by the Manager reponse there(RICKY). And EVEN the area Manager MATTHEW BUTLER who's main reponse was just 'NOTED' when he replied back to me. I AM SORRY BUT YOU NEED TO HEAR THIS. Action need to be taken and new methods of working and communication with customers. EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE TREATED THE SAME. I am a CHAIN free buyer with a small AIP in place and looking to buy in or around Dagenham area. I am extremely disappointed in my treatment and now know the team there are unable to help. I have been at appointments where 3/4 other people are waiting all with the same the appointment time (Crosby Road) I have NO faith even if I was to put an offer on a property as your CLIENTS are pre selected beforehand by yourselves. 'Yes he has Mortgage agreed with ourselves so don't waste your TIME' That's their reponse. I feel just so let down and DISAPPOINTED that I didn't get to veiw a property that my family really liked. Second time writing a review for this agency. First time I was asked to take it down and promised that all my issues would be solved but I'm getting no where with them. Whoever read this review from Balgores, do not call me regarding this bad review because I will ignore you or put the phone down same way your rude and arrogant staff is doing with me. Avoid this agency if you can, I'm having such a hard time and stress with them, no support about issues in the property I'm living. Just been ignored and waiting for them to decide to send me a wanna be contractor to cause damages in the toilet, and now they don't even reply or call me back for this issue aswell. I just don't know what else to do, Ombudsman gave me tips to follow for a formal complaint but I have to approach all the same names that already contacted and was just a waste of time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR !!! I received a canvassing letter from Laurie Jillions who conducted a Land Registry search without my consent or notifying me of where my details was obtained. I find this very intrusive and aggressive. THIS IS AGAINST MY GDPR RIGHTS. I am happy to advertise my house online an not through a ripe off high street letting agent like your! AVOID!!! Firstly they failed to turn up for 2 viewings in the week and left the sellers to show me around. Made an offer for a property which was accepted by the seller and we spoke a number of times directly. But these cowboy agents were trying to force me to use their in house services (solicitor/financial advisors) which I refused to do so as I had my own trusted people I always used. The agents (Ricky/Alex) ended up making excuses to decline my offer as they couldn't make the most commission possible. As a buyer - AVOID!!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
