I purchased and then subsequently sold my house with Ashton’s Culcheth. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Steve who valued my house really knows the sector and how to market a property to its maximum potential. He’s also realistic with pricing which helped me sell within a month. The photos were on point too - I think the photographer they use is the best in the sector. Did a video and some drone shots as well. Will Dugdale over at Ashton’s was my sales negotiator and he was really good keeping me up to date throughout the process and it was never a bother speaking to him on the phone as well. Brilliant experience and highly recommended!

Joanne at Ashtons in Culcheth was magnificent. Nothing was too much trouble in helping us purchase our new home. Her communication and advice was far superior to our solicitors and she worked well with our estate agents. Between the two of them they provided more upto date information and chased up both solicitors and surveyors to push the process forward. And this was despite all fees going to another estate agents because we had first viewed the property with them. A ridiculous situation. Joanne and her team also provided recommendations for various suppliers. We can not praise and recommend Ashtons and their staff highly enough.

Can't fault Ashtons estate agents. I mainly dealt with Will and also Richard and Joanne too. Always helpful. I was purchasing the property not selling and I have to say, always accommodating to request to visit the property. Thank you all.
