Steve who valued my house really knows the sector and how to market a property to its maximum potential. He’s also realistic with pricing which helped me sell within a month. The photos were on point too - I think the photographer they use is the best in the sector. Did a video and some drone shots as well. Will Dugdale over at Ashton’s was my sales negotiator and he was really good keeping me up to date throughout the process and it was never a bother speaking to him on the phone as well.
