Joanne at Ashtons in Culcheth was magnificent. Nothing was too much trouble in helping us purchase our new home. Her communication and advice was far superior to our solicitors and she worked well with our estate agents. Between the two of them they provided more upto date information and chased up both solicitors and surveyors to push the process forward. And this was despite all fees going to another estate agents because we had first viewed the property with them. A ridiculous situation.
