I found all the staff friendly and accommodating. The sale of the house wasn't straightforward because it was connected to probate and the solicitor wasn't, shall we say, efficient! Ashton's (particularly Joanne and also Emma as I had more to do with them) ended up being more help to me and the buyer than either of the conveyancers involved.

The whole team at Ashtons were amazing, as with any house move the stress levels can go through the roof, but Jo was fabulous and did so much more work than she should have done, not sure who was more stressed me or Jo, but everyone was brilliant and we finally got the move done, it took some time with lots of hurdles to get through, but throughout Jo and the team were always on it.
