I have used Ashton's a number of times over the last ten years- both to buy and sell property. They are at all times realistic, professional and most of all effective. Communication is good and they are proactive in attracting buyers. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Lovely staff and secured me a buyer very quickly. My only gripe was when quoted it wasn't explained it's + vat which I found frustrating and that's only reason I haven't given 5 star's.
