These guys are scammers... We made an offer on a property, never heard back, 6 months down the line, the house was sold for less than our offer back at the time.

If there was no stars this is what I would give them. I put an offer in on a house on the Saturday and offer was excepted by email from them and on the Monday they said they had another offer. Absolutely awful experience with them.

My wife called to express an interest in a new house for sale, 90 second qualification as to whether we are fit and ready to but a house.. to be told have to have our house up for sale prior to viewing ?? What ?? Ate we expected to sell my house before I find another ? Promised a call back after a call to vendor ... 4 days later no call... Called to speak to extremely arrogant manager or MD on the website?? who quoted he is extremely happy with his processes .... took the day and time of call to listen .... still waiting for the call back ??? I wouldn’t believe the amount of people who view with no intention .... again not my words... surprise surprise my wife got a call 3 hours later about viewing the house ... not anything proactive from them, it was the vendor who chased them to see if they had had any enquiries suddenly we existed .... laughable really, only happy to view if they know your house is for sale and in the process of selling yet ...... the vendor hadn’t found a house themselves, what if we want the house ?? Clearly COVID as it was blamed upon means they are quite happy to turn people away, wouldn’t spend my money there tbh.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
