I have used Ashton's a number of times over the last ten years- both to buy and sell property. They are at all times realistic, professional and most of all effective. Communication is good and they are proactive in attracting buyers. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I would recommend Ashtons Culcheth - I was updated at each stage of my house move, very friendly staff and reassure the chain moves by engaging with all the required parties. When our house chain was broken after 3.5 months and house went back into the market, they managed to quickly find the customers to keep the chain in order so we could eventually move to our new house without much delay.
