During the viewing and selling process they kept us informed at all stages, found good tradesmen (this would have been problematic for us) and kept the purchasers onboard during a protracted probate process. We had full confidence in the team in Culcheth, and we were not disappointed.

They suggested an asking price which was realistic to entice buyers and when we began to receive multiple offers they helped guide us through a “best and final offers” situation and presented us with full information about the strength of every offer. This resulted in us accepting an offer a good chunk above the asking price by a buyer who was willing to fit with us and our timescales. They acted with full integrity throughout the whole process and communication was second to none. Highly recommended.
