As a first time buyers we had lots of questions,Will was really helpful and guided us through the process, really good communication via mial, always fast response. They got couple of solicitors that they work with it ,we decided to give it a go and choose one of the companies which we are really happy with. Whole process of buying a house took us 3 months, offer accepted 2nd of April, completion 4th of July. Really recommend

I cannot recommend Ashtons highly enough. Following the passing of my father I had to sell his home and Ashtons have been fantastic from the start.They sold the property in less than a week! The photographer that came was lovely and friendly and took fantastic photos. The estate agent dealing with the sale (William) kept us regularly up to date and responded quickly to any enquiries. I have been so impressed with the service that my husband and I have recently used them for the sale of our home and again they have managed to sell it in less than a week! It is certainly true that you get the service you pay for. I recommend Ashtons to anyone that mentions they are looking to sell their home. I hopefully won't be moving again but if I do I would only ever use Ashtons. Thank you to everyone in the team for fantastic service.

Richard came to the house to do a valuation. He made us feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable around the current market conditions. He made it an easy decision deciding for deciding on which estate agent to proceed with. Following the valuation, we were keen to get the house on the market quick and pictures were taken quicky to allow for the property to go on the market at the earliest opportunity. The company are very professional.
