I cannot praise Ashtons enough. From our initial contact with Richard and Will, they instilled a strong sense of professionalism and knowledge without any pushy sales tactics. They suggested an asking price which was realistic to entice buyers and when we began to receive multiple offers they helped guide us through a “best and final offers” situation and presented us with full information about the strength of every offer. This resulted in us accepting an offer a good chunk above the asking price by a buyer who was willing to fit with us and our timescales. They acted with full integrity throughout the whole process and communication was second to none. Highly recommended.
