As this is my first experience letting out my property they made it stress free and found me a tenant after only a few viewings. Having met AND worked with many, many estate agents in the last two years, I can safely say Ebi is one of the (if not THE) most experienced, empathetic and down to earth sales people I have ever met. His everlasting friendly and calming disposition is a testament to his work, and his dedication to people's dreams.

We had a complicated schedule of 12 properties to get round on Saturday with various agents. Faye bent over backwards to help us out, and was professional and really knowledgable of each property we saw. We've also now seen a few properties with Kai who has been fantastic to deal with and really personable.

Diane has been exceptional in selling my flat. She was polite and understanding. She was also available throughout the process and I had no difficulty contacting her and shared a sense of urgency which is particularly helpful.

We had a complicated move involving multiple houses which went on over a long period. Throughout this the whole streets ahead team were always excellent, namely Harley and Marina when I was trying to sell my house and then Courtney, Dianne (sales progressors) and Jason (sales manager) who took over progressing the sale. They always kept me in the loop and pushed to get completion through as quickly as possible.
