I can't describe what a great help these guys were in finding us our perfect rental home - Our agent was Lewis Hay and he understood our needs perfectly. He quickly found us the perfect place in a beautiful part of Croydon, which despite living here for 4 years, I didn't know even existed. He was also extremely patient while we were being indecisive and could not do enough to help us. Highly recommended!!!

Whilst I have not bought or sold through Streets Ahead (sadly), I just wanted to say that the company are fantastic and incredibly hard working. I was on my third estate agent when I discovered S.A due to them being very pro-active and putting a slip through my door. I was already committed to an agent so was not then in a position to go with S.A. Despite this, I have had weekly phone calls from Sean Ryan who was very keen to try and get my house on his books when my contract expired. However, due to personal circumstances and just not feeling up to the hassle of starting again with a fourth agent I hadn't yet got round to it. He didn't give up on me though! I received weekly phone calls from him asking how things were going and trying to encourage me to move my house to them. However, the calls were not intrusive; Sean was always really friendly and, before I got round to changing agents, my house went under offer with my existing one. I was really impressed with his tenacity and also by his genuinely friendly and courteous manner; I wish that I had gone to S.A first as I think my property would have sold a lot faster than it did! He is a credit to the company and if all the staff are as hard-working and as friendly as he is then S.A must be doing very well...... I would definitely recommend them and I will go to them first if I ever move again!

We recently purchased a flat through Streets Ahead and we are very happy with their service. It started Ebi registering us and showing us a selection of properties and then onto Diane, who progressed the sale for us. If it was not for Diane chasing and having to the do job of solicitors, I am not sure we would have they keys! Thank you

I'm very happy to have come across streets ahead in the purchase of my property in the south Croydon area. on first contact being Kai Seale giving me great nuggets of wisdom and in particular Faye Godfrey being the person I've mainly dealt with from viewing the up the present day of settling into the property She's been exceptionally professional highly knowledgeable and on point always on hand for advice every step of the way. A lovely office and lovely staff. Tea and coffee offered as you sit and wait in their big brother chairs. They are unbeatable for serbice in Croydon for buying and selling properties. They even offer to drive you to and from house viewings.
