Streets Ahead

I was looking for a one-bed apartment in East Croydon. Though I didn’t end up renting a property from Streets Ahead agency but I found their services great. The agency was professional and always welcoming. Especially Rayaan with whom I was in contact throughout; he showed me nice properties and kept me updated if anything came up.

Big thank you to Emma and Sean ! x

I had very good experience with Streets Ahead particularly Mr. Lewis Hay. From the very beginning he was active, positive and very helpful in finding the kind of property that I was looking for. Although I did not end up renting with them, nevertheless I was very pleased with their service.

I would recommend Streets ahead Croydon team especially Lewis Hay and Anthony Wright. You guys are so helpful :)

A good bunch of efficient and proactive agents at this branch. Lots of options to view which matched my criteria exactly. Fingers crossed this continues all the way through to completion :-)

Faye is friendly and personable and genuinely makes you feel like she cares about finding you a home. Dealing with this agent has been a pleasure. Only lost one star for some administrative blips (like getting my name wrong... twice) but I can live with that given how nice they seem compared to a lot of other agents.

Diane is an asset to streets ahead, she has been incredibly supportive and was fantastic in keeping me updated on my sale. She went above and beyond to ensure my sale went through and has that personal touch that made all the difference. Stefan was also very helpful in ensuring that my sale went through and was always able to assist in the absence of colleagues. Regarding viewings streets ahead were exceptionally efficient e.g. the text message and email notification of viewings were faultless. Would use streets ahead again but only if Diane works for them!

Friendly correspondence through Jodie and Layla. Very responsive.

Very professional and helpful agents! I would recommend Myles and Layla for their great customer service and lovely service.
