Writing on behalf of my sister who has recently completed on the sale of her property and she is absolutely over the moon with the service she received from Streets Ahead. In particular, their Sales Progressor Robyne. The transaction was far from straight forward and Robyne handled it compellingly with her tenacity, knowledge and patience, she knew the right things to say at the right time. She spent hours on end on the telephone to Land Registry and the solicitors trying to resolve the delays, she had no issues going that extra mile. We're certain if Robyne had not taken control of the sale when she did they would still be battling through trying to get exchanged. A big thank you to Robyne. I was very particular about what i wanted to buy but Marina convinced me to step out of my comfort box and i ended up buying something i would never have thought id consider. Her knowledge of the area was unbelievable and i felt completely relaxed and at ease when dealing with her. After my offer was accepted i was left in the care of Robyne the Sales Progressor who's guidance and constant reassurance was very comforting, i was so nervous and both her and Marina always had the right thing to say, here i am 5 weeks later all moved in and extremely happy.
