During the difficult pandemic time Rob Owen (property manager) has been proactively and unprompted communicating with my tenant to ascertain his situation and offer guidance as to possible assistance and then keeping me, as landlord, fully up to date on the situation and its financial implications. Reassuring to be able to leave a difficult situation in capable hands.
