Simply the best! The Lettings Team are a special breed over here without a doubt. I was forced out of my home due to leaks and negligent behaviour from another reputable agent. After a torrid time with them we had to urgently find our next long term home for me, my wife and daughter. Writing on behalf of my sister who has recently completed on the sale of her property and she is absolutely over the moon with the service she received from Streets Ahead. In particular, their Sales Progressor Robyne. The transaction was far from straight forward and Robyne handled it compellingly with her tenacity, knowledge and patience, she knew the right things to say at the right time. She spent hours on end on the telephone to Land Registry and the solicitors trying to resolve the delays, she had no issues going that extra mile. We're certain if Robyne had not taken control of the sale when she did they would still be battling through trying to get exchanged. A big thank you to Robyne. I cannot thank our agent Robyne Bonar enough. We were in chain with a buyer (and associated solicitors) who was putting our own purchase at risk and Robyne was able to intervene and get everything in place for completion before our purchase fell through. She was proactive, incredibly conscientious and got the job done. She kept us up to date and was a safe pair of hands.
