Streets Ahead Croydon

Lanaya was professional, responsive, and made the whole letting process smooth and stress-free. overall great experience! Communication was clear and timely, and she matched me with properties based on my requirements. I’d highly recommend anyone looking to rent to speak with her!

I had an amazing experience at streets ahead and that is definitely thanks to Lanaya - she was very patient with me and tried to match my property search to my needs as much as possible, although I didn’t take a property with them her service was outstanding!!!

After being so ignored with other agents from different companies, I was thinking about leaving London,or getting Airbnb With my special thanks for Kirstin and Denim. Kirstin, took over my job for being so stress about finding place, with a little chat with her, she understands what I was looking for, She found me 3 different places in 3 days, book me in for viewing with taking care of my availability. Finally she found me a place that I will definitely called home. She was running everything so quick with confidence, and Denim ( her colleague from different branch ) Was taking over her job whenever she was busy or away. "Basically whenever I needed to talk to someone they were there". I had a chat with a few of them I can't remember their names but I can say that I have never seen a team work and kind agents like them. Honestly, I can't explain how amazing they were with this little text , but definitely keep in touch with them they will find you HOME.

Teddy has been fantastic when I have needed anything and renting with MS has been an easy experience.

As tenants we have always received outstanding service from all the guys at manning stainton. In particular Luke Whaler goes above and beyond and is a credit to the company

Review of Property Management Agent: Nicky Scales A heartfelt thank you for outstanding support and professionalism We have recently experienced an incredibly stressful period as landlords, spanning the last six months. Unfortunately, our tenant failed to pay rent, which led us to instruct solicitors to resolve the matter. Although the tenant has now vacated the property, they left the house in a truly appalling condition, one which was deeply distressing to deal with. Throughout this entire ordeal, our property management agent, Nicky Scales, has been nothing short of wonderful. Navigating the complexities of property law and tenant disputes can be overwhelming, but Nicky’s guidance made all the difference. She was always professional, patient, and exceptionally kind, gently leading us through every step and ensuring we felt supported and understood. Nicky’s expertise and dedication have been invaluable. She handled each challenge with remarkable composure and empathy, providing clear advice and reassurance when we needed it most. Her communication was prompt and thorough, making a daunting process far more manageable. We are truly grateful for her hard work and unwavering commitment to us. We wholeheartedly recommend Nicky Scales to anyone seeking a trustworthy and compassionate property management agent. Her professionalism and genuine care set her apart, and we feel very fortunate to have had her in our corner during such a difficult time.
