I had heard good things about Streets Ahead Estate Agents Lueer Addiscombe branch whilst living in the area. Now moved to E Sussex & needing to sell our dad's property, l thought would give them a go. I was not disappointed & Streets Ahead lived up to my expectations. Ricky mainly handled the complexities of this leasehold sale. Showing tact & sheer steel, along with Marina chasing up & dealing with all 3 solicitors with professionalism where at times communication fell into a black hole! Really grateful the team were there also following up actions. Their expertise that was beyond "just doing their job" shone through. Having been in property for forty years it’s hard to find an agent that meets my high expectations. In a tricky market Pawel’s tenacity and perseverance really helped to push my sale over the line. He was always available but more importantly was also proactive which meant I didn’t have to chase. Decent agents are hard to find so will use SA again.

After being so ignored with other agents from different companies, I was thinking about leaving London,or getting Airbnb With my special thanks for Kirstin and Denim. Kirstin, took over my job for being so stress about finding place, with a little chat with her, she understands what I was looking for, She found me 3 different places in 3 days, book me in for viewing with taking care of my availability. Finally she found me a place that I will definitely called home. She was running everything so quick with confidence, and Denim ( her colleague from different branch ) Was taking over her job whenever she was busy or away. "Basically whenever I needed to talk to someone they were there". I had a chat with a few of them I can't remember their names but I can say that I have never seen a team work and kind agents like them.
